Introduction to Stone Setting: Creating a Pearl Ring

The perfect introduction to stone setting! Learn the techniques to accurately position your stone, create the claws and design the aesthetics of your first stone setting.  We will cover all the practical considerations of stone setting with a large fresh water pearl (included) and at the end of the session we will remove the pearl ready for you to cast your wax design.

We will also go in-depth into refining the aesthetics of your new creation and you are free to be guided by us or your own inspirations.

After your design has been cast you are welcome to return for a second session to set the stone in your cast silver ring. This can comfortably be done in a 2hr casual session ($77).

Duration: 3 hrs

Price: $120 (including freshwater pearl)

Availability: This class runs multiple times per week on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays between 8am & 3:30pm.  We offer a wide variety of course options so booking is essential.
